NFA P-TECH celebrated 18 more scholars who have earned their AAS degree in Cybersecurity from SUNY Orange. All scholars earned both their high school diploma and Associate Degree from SUNY Orange simultaneously through the NFA P-TECH program.

The NFA Nurse Assistant Training Program/Health Science Pathway Pinning Ceremony is a prestigious and heartfelt tradition that signifies the culmination of the rigorous nurse assistant training program.

Newburgh Free Academy and our vast community of alumni prides itself on our commencement ceremony and celebration to culminate the high school experience and academic achievement of our scholars.

This is a friendly reminder that due to the forecasted heatwave and in the interest of student and staff safety, our district will be on a half-day schedule for students in grades Pre K-8 from Monday, June 23 to Friday, June 27, 2025.

Due to the upcoming NYS Thruway Authority Meadow Hill Bridge Replacement Project, some school bus routes may be affected beginning Monday, June 16th. New school bus information has been posted on the school district website.

This is a friendly reminder that there is a half-day of school for students in grades Pre-K-6 ONLY on Friday, June 13th and Wednesday, June 18th. The district will also be closed on Thursday, June 19th in observance of Juneteenth.
